1. WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ?

Check-in is between(14h00 PM) and till late. Check-out is at (23h00 PM) daily, late arrivals check-out can be arranged, depending on bookings for the day. Please ask when making reservation.

2. WHAT IS OUR CHILD POLICY

Children are welcome

3. IS SMOKING PERMITTED ?

Smoking is “NOT” allowed in rooms or other internal spaces. Guests may smoke outdoors

4. HOW DO I LEAVE GRATUITY ?

If you wish to leave a gratuity, please hand it in at the reception, where it will be divided amongst all the stuff members.

5. DO YOU PROVIDE MEALS (HALAL MEALS INCLUDED) ?

Yes, we do, Please inform us of your dietary preferences in advance, so we can meet your specific needs.

6. DO YOU OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICES :
